Les \u00e9missions de ges sont produites par diverses activit\u00e9s humaines, comme la combustion des \u00e9nergies fossiles, l\u2019agriculture ou l\u2019industrie. Pour mesurer leur impact, les \u00e9missions sont exprim\u00e9es en tonnes \u00e9quivalent co2 (tco2e), qui quantifient l\u2019effet de chaque gaz par rapport \u00e0 celui du co2, afin d\u2019obtenir une mesure unifi\u00e9e des \u00e9missions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cf7063 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1cf7063\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Comparaison des \u00e9missions ges par secteur\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6fb17e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6fb17e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre varient consid\u00e9rablement\u00a0<a href=\"\/fr\/gaz-a-effet-de-serre\/comparaison-emissions-ges-secteurs\/\"><a href=\"\/fr\/gaz-a-effet-de-serre\/comparaison-emissions-ges-secteurs\/\"> selon les secteurs \u00e9conomiques. <\/a><\/a>Le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est le plus polluant, repr\u00e9sentant environ 73 % des \u00e9missions mondiales, principalement en raison de la combustion des \u00e9nergies <a href=\"\/fr\/empreinte-carbone\/voiture-thermique\/\">fossiles<\/a>\u00a0pour l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et la chaleur.<\/p><p>Le transport g\u00e9n\u00e8re environ 16 % des \u00e9missions, provenant essentiellement des <a href=\"\/fr\/empreinte-carbone\/voiture-thermique\/\"> v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur thermique.<\/a> L\u2019agriculture est responsable de 14 % des \u00e9missions, \u00e0 travers la production de m\u00e9thane (ch4) et de protoxyde d\u2019azote (n2o). Le secteur industriel contribue \u00e0 21 % des \u00e9missions, notamment par la production de ciment, d\u2019acier et de produits chimiques. Enfin, le b\u00e2timent repr\u00e9sente environ 6 %, li\u00e9 \u00e0 la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour le chauffage et la climatisation.<\/p><p>Si certains secteurs ont fait des progr\u00e8s consid\u00e9rables afin de r\u00e9duire leurs \u00e9missions, comme l\u2019industrie et le transport avec l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la transition vers des sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelables, d\u2019autres secteurs, comme l\u2019agriculture, restent plus difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9carboner en raison de leurs sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5921337 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5921337\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Comparaison des \u00e9missions GES par pays et r\u00e9gions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-779ac8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"779ac8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, certains pays sont responsables de la majorit\u00e9 des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statistiques.developpement-durable.gouv.fr\/edition-numerique\/chiffres-cles-du-climat-2023\/6-repartition-geographique-et-evolution-des#:~:text=En%202021%2C%20la%20Chine%20reste,europ%C3%A9enne%20(6%2C9%20%25).\"><a href=\"http:\/\/statistiques.developpement-durable.gouv.fr\/edition-numerique\/chiffres-cles-du-climat-2023\/6-repartition-geographique-et-evolution-des\"> \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. <\/a><\/a>La chine est le plus grand \u00e9metteur, repr\u00e9sentant environ 27 % des \u00e9missions mondiales, principalement en raison de son industrie et de sa production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 base de charbon. Les etats-unis suivent avec environ 11 %, tandis que l\u2019union europ\u00e9enne et l\u2019Inde \u00e9mettent respectivement environ 6 % et 7 %.<\/p><p>Le classement des \u00e9missions varie lorsqu\u2019on les rapporte par habitant. Les etats-unis, par exemple, ont des \u00e9missions par habitant beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que la chine et l\u2019Inde, ce qui refl\u00e8te un mode de vie plus \u00e9nergivore. Les pays industrialis\u00e9s \u00e9mettent historiquement plus de GES que les pays en d\u00e9veloppement, mais la croissance rapide des pays \u00e9mergents accentue leurs \u00e9missions globales.<\/p><p>Les diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales sont \u00e9galement marqu\u00e9es par le type d\u2019\u00e9nergie utilis\u00e9e et le niveau d\u2019industrialisation. Les \u00e9nergies fossiles comme le charbon, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz naturel sont responsables de la majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions mondiales. Le charbon est la source la plus polluante, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant environ 2,3 tonnes de co2 par m\u00e9gawattheure (mwh) produit. Le p\u00e9trole et le gaz naturel \u00e9mettent respectivement environ 0,9 et 0,5 tonne de CO2 par MWh.<\/p><p>En revanche, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables comme le solaire, l\u2019\u00e9olien et l\u2019hydraulique produisent peu ou pas d\u2019\u00e9missions directes de co2. Bien que de faibles \u00e9missions soient associ\u00e9es \u00e0 leur extraction, production et transport (par exemple pour la fabrication des panneaux solaires ou des \u00e9oliennes), leur empreinte carbone globale reste tr\u00e8s faible par rapport aux \u00e9nergies fossiles.<\/p><p>Les \u00e9nergies fossiles ont un impact climatique majeur, tandis que les \u00e9nergies renouvelables offrent des avantages consid\u00e9rables pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions \u00e0 long terme. En favorisant la transition vers des sources renouvelables, les entreprises et les pays peuvent consid\u00e9rablement diminuer leur empreinte carbone et contribuer aux objectifs mondiaux de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ad8fbe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0ad8fbe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les facteurs influen\u00e7ant la variation des \u00e9missions GES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e8b7f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e8b7f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre sont influenc\u00e9es par diff\u00e9rents facteurs. Sur le plan \u00e9conomique, la croissance et l\u2019industrialisation augmentent la demande en \u00e9nergie, ce qui entra\u00eene souvent une hausse des \u00e9missions. Une forte consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, notamment \u00e0 partir des \u00e9nergies fossiles, amplifie \u00e9galement ces \u00e9missions.<\/p><p>Les facteurs technologiques jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions. Les innovations dans les technologies propres et l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique permettent de produire et consommer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie tout en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019empreinte carbone. Par exemple, les progr\u00e8s dans les \u00e9nergies renouvelables ou les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques contribuent \u00e0 la baisse des \u00e9missions dans certains secteurs.<\/p><p>Enfin, les politiques climatiques et les r\u00e9glementations locales et internationales, comme\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unfccc.int\/sites\/default\/files\/french_paris_agreement.pdf\">Accord de Paris<\/a>, sont d\u00e9terminantes.
