D-Carbonize develops the Carbon Cockpit to support organizations to reduce their carbon footprint.

The Carbon Cockpit is the most advanced CO2 management software to lead a transition towards carbon neutrality. This innovative product provides a comprehensive and intuitive toolset to measure a carbon footprint (on scope 1,2,3), to plan a carbon reduction strategy, to reduce emissions with customizable actions, to report performance to external and internal stakeholders, and to offset remaining emissions.

Carbon Cockpit empowers the carbon reduction strategy of large organizations operating throughout multiple sites worldwide.

D-Carbonize is stepping into a growth phase for which we need to find a talented Head of Growth to be the backbone of our expansion.

Head of Growth profile:

As a Head of Growth, you are expected to be the focal point of D-Carbonize to help us grow and build a strong company. We are particularly for the following attributes:

  • Passionate about sustainability, climate change and technology
  • Good understanding of a SaaS business model
  • Experience in a growing start-up
  • Experience in interviewing and recruiting talents
  • Good administrative skills (invoice, metrics follow-up, report, …)
  • Ability to coordinate events, meetings, …
  • Empathic and available to listen to colleagues
  • Independence/autonomy at work
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or French / Additional: Good command of English preferred 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Customer focus
  • Good team spirit 
  • Stress resistance and high-level of commitment 

Job Description:

As a Head of Growth, you are responsible to make sure the company is running smoothly and efficiently. This position requires one to be multi-task and comfortable with responsibilities related to different domains such as HR, Finance, Admin,… This position is characterized by a great level of diversity which requires from you to be curious, committed and resilient.

Given the strategic importance of this role, the career path expected for this position can lead to the highest operational responsibilities in the future of the company.

Hence, this position is particularly suited for an ambitious talent looking for a high-potential position to grow as fast as the company scales.

The opportunity is based in Brussels and we welcome flexible working schedules.

  • Support the recruitment of talents
  • Support the management for admin and financial tasks
  • Take care of the good internal organisation of the company
  • Coordinate events and meetings
  • Track and report about relevant metrics needed to run the company
  • Support the team for strategic decisions
