As a fast-growing start-up backed by solid public & private investors, we are actively looking for a Consultant. The position is full-time and with indefinite duration. 

Your Role 

You will be reporting to the Senior Consultant, and you will play an active role in the Consulting Team.  

You will be responsible for delivering impactful sustainability projects, and growing the business through customer acquisition and upsell. 

Customer Solution Delivery (approx. 70%) 

• Deliver best-in-class and timely climate projects such as carbon footprint measurements, carbon reduction roadmaps, training & awareness programs 

• Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate/verified results, and the creation of impactful business insights relevant to the customers’ specificities 

• Support the ideation of value-added features to our carbon accounting platforms 

• Support process definition to increase project delivery efficiency 

Business Development (approx. 30%) 

• Lead your customer portfolio and upsell initiatives to renew business with existing customers 

• Participate in the prospection efforts to acquire new customers (create service offers, conduct product demos, respond to RFPs) 

Your Profile 

As the perfect candidate, you have/you are: 

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience (consulting, audit, or technology background) 

• Excellent oral & written communication in French or Dutch, and English  

• Strong customer focus 

• Experience with the Bilan Carbone® and/or GHG Protocol and/or ISO 14064 standards – certification is a strong asset 

• Appetite for creating new opportunities with existing and new clients 

• Proficiency of Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

• Strong motivation to join a growing start-up specialized in climate change mitigation 

• Stress resistance and high-level of commitment 

• Available for local trips (30%) and European/overseas trips (5%), a requirement 

• Currently legally eligible to work in Belgium
