Context
IPEX Group, a Belgian company, offers secured and customized solutions to exchange documents with variable content for various industries. IPEX is a committed company, and has already achieved FSC certification, as well as ISO 9001 / 14001 / 27001 to highlight all the efforts they make internally that are not communicated externally. The next objective is to obtain UN certification with the CCI. And that means carrying out a carbon audit.
We are satisfied with the cockpit tool. Once you understand the basics of a carbon audit, the tool is quite intuitive. It helps you understand the numbers and what lays behind. We also appreciated the prompt reactions from the account team.

We have been in contact with 2 SPOCs, Delphine and Catherine, who both work as part-time consultants for Ipex.
What did D-Carbonize bring to the company ?
Employing recycled paper for printing and envelopes.
Cutting mobility-related emissions through initiatives like carpooling, cycling, and similar solutions.
Prolonging the lifespan of assets, including vehicles, IT equipment, machines, and more.
Utilizing eco-friendly raw materials, such as recycled components and certified sustainable products.
Results
With different seniority of staff, D-Carbonize walked Ipex by the hand from collecting the data to setting them up in the system and driving the reduction plan.
We now feel equipped to start our second assessment with much less support, yet, knowing that the team will not let us down when questions arise.
